SSC MTS 2024 Notification: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)- 2024 Notification on 27 June 2024 for the 4887 Posts of MTS and 3449 Posts of Havaldar in CBIC/ CBN. As per SSC MTS Notificaiton, the SSC MTS 2024 application form will be accepted from 27 June to 31 July 2024. The candidates can fill out the SSC MTS 2024 Online Form from ssc.gov.in. This is a combined recruitment for the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in the various departments and the Havaldar in the CBIC/CBN, Government of India. There is combined Computer Based Test (CBT) exam is held for both the MTS and CBIC/CBN Havaldar.

SSC MTS 2024 Age Limit
The age limit is 18-25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue) and 18-27 years for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and a few posts of MTS. The crucial date for the calculation of the age limit is 1 August 2024.
SSC MTS 2024 Education Qualification
For the SSC MTS and CBIC/ CBN Havaldar Recruitment 2024, the candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination (10th Class) or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date i.e. August 1, 2024.
SSC MTS 2024 Vacancies

SSC MTS 2024 Selection Process
The selection procedure of the SSC MTS 2024 includes the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) Exam
- Physical Test (PET/ PST)- Only for CBIN/ CBN Havaldar
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
SSC MTS 2024 CBT Exam Pattern
The SSC MTS 2024 Computer-Based Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages. There will be no negative marking in Session I. In Session II, there will be a negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. SSC CBIC/CBN Havaldar Physical Standards
The candidates who will pass the written exam and have opted for the CBIC/ CBN Havaldar posts, have to undergo a Physical Test. The CBIC/ CBN Havaldar Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) details are given below.
- Height and Chest Measurement: The height requirement for the CBIC/ CBN Havaldar is 157.5 cm for Males and 152 cm for Females. Male candidates should also have a minimum chest size of 76 cm with at least 5 cm expansion.
- Walking: Male candidates should also have to complete a walking test of 1.6 Km in 15 minutes. While the female candidates need to walk 1 Km in 20 minutes.
